We "tackle" problems!

Tackle has developed a new and innovative service to tackle complex and seemingly intractable client problems using its own established network of business and scientific specialists and experts. Our consultants support clients in finding the right experts for the job. Efficiency and feasibility are always in the foreground.

The Tackle Experts Network

Tackle is characterised by its unique network, well developed technology as well as its innovative consultancy process. Our cross-sector network includes economic, scientific and social experts and specialists. Our advisors work closely with clients to suggest the most appropriate expert for their specific challenges and closely coordinate the way forward.

The Tackle Process

The process is used to identify and structure the client’s problems in order to develop potential solutions and concrete implementations in cooperation with the respective expert. The process is based on proven qualitative as well as quantitative research methods, combined with the extensive experience of our consultants from different industries. The applied research methods make it possible to offer targeted answers to all questions from the fields of business, science and politics, to gain new insights, to open up new topics and to identify and solve problems.

The consulting process is divided into five stages:

    Briefing
The briefing is about the identification, structuring and rough analysis of the problem area. In addition to explaining the specific problem, it serves to understand the client and its organisation in order to gain a complete understanding of the actual task and challenge. This enables the tackle consultant to identify and propose a suitable and appropriate expert from the network to the client. The briefing also serves to record the time frame of the consultancy mandate as well as all scheduling aspects.

    Case Presentation
The responsible consultant hands over the report to the client and presents the collected findings as well as suggestions for improvement and recommendations for action. The presentation and the subsequent discussion lead to the next stage of the consulting process. In a further step, Tackle has the scientifically developed advisory recommendations reviewed by experts carefully selected in cooperation with the client.

    Tackle the Case
    Tackle the Case
This stage involves the most comprehensive analytical review of the client’s problem by the network expert and the Tackle consultant. Quantitative data analyses as well as qualitative research methods are used in the review to obtain a complete picture of the problem. Depending on the client’s brief, suggestions for improvement are derived and elaborated, and recommendations for action are identified. The responsible consultant prepares a client report, on the basis of which the further course of action is discussed.

    Expert Knowledge
    Expert Knowledge
Based on the findings of the first report and the subsequent exchange, further scientific or economic experts from the Tackle network are identified in cooperation with the client to address the findings of the report independently of the previous consultation process in order to validate and deepen the results or to develop concrete implementation proposals based on them. In this way, the previous results can be reviewed and often new findings and correlations can be identified, which ultimately flow into the improvement and implementation concepts.

    Final Report
    Final Report
Tackle’s final report includes a summary of the first report and the results from Stage 4. It outlines the subject of the consultancy precisely and analyses the situation of the advised company. The final report points out the weaknesses identified and their causes, and defines recommendations for action specific to the company. The Tackle consultants provide the client with specific instructions on how to implement new processes in order to generate profitable results for the respective companies.
